1. Organizer of the Promotion

1.1. The organization and execution of the Promotion are regulated by these rules (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules"), which are officially published on the website www.favbet.hr.

2. Purpose of the Promotion – Popularization of the Brand of the Organizer of Games of Chance

2.1. The outcome of the Promotion is the awarding of prizes to the participants.

2.2. The Promotion takes place on the website www.favbet.hr and the Favbet mobile application.

2.3. The Promotion starts on April 7, 2025, at 11:00:00 until December 31, 2025. The Promotion is conducted on a weekly basis, with each week representing a separate promotional activity. The Organizer reserves the right to not hold a promotional activity in any given week within the specified period at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

3. Participation Procedure in the Promotion:

3.1. To participate in the Promotion, the participant must register on the promotion page by clicking the "Take part" button and collect points to receive risk-free bets.

3.2. The Promotion is held weekly: each task starts on Monday at 00:00 and ends on Sunday at 23:59. Participation in the Promotion is counted if the user successfully completes the weekly tasks. Points are reset every Monday.

3.3. The following bets are considered valid for confirmation of participation in the Promotion:

Minimum bet amount: €5 (single bet) and €5 (multiple bet).

Winning or losing settled tickets participate in the promotion.

Types of bets: Single and multiple settled bets.

Minimum odd for a single bet: 1.70; maximum odd: 5.00.

Minimum odd for a multiple bet: 1.70 per event (minimum 3 events).

Only bets placed in the Sports section are accepted.

Only settled bets are considered.

Single bet: 1 event. Multiple bet: minimum 3 events.

Bets marked as "Risk-free", "Return" or “Cashout”, and bets played with bonus wallet are not included in the Promotion.

3.4. Promotion winners are participants who successfully complete the weekly challenges, collect the required number of points corresponding to the risk-free bet bonus, and place bets according to the conditions listed in section 3.3 of these Rules.

3.5. The progress bar updates during the Promotion, but once the Promotion ends, the updating stops.

3.6. The Administration has the right to check the registration data and transactions of game participants who have acquired the right to participate in the Promotion before the start of the Promotion and before the publication of its results. If during the verification it is determined that the participant/participants are using prohibited strategies or fraud, including multiple accounts, the Administration has the right to deny such participant or group of participants participation in the Promotion, as well as receiving the prize.

4. Promotion Prizes

4.1. Promotion prizes will be calculated within two business days.

4.2. Prizes structure:

Maximum prize: 50 points = €50 Risk-free bet of.

Minimum prize: 5 points = €10 Risk-free bet.

4.2.1. Single bets:

A participant must place one single bet of at least €10 to earn 1 point.

Alternatively, two separate single bets of at least €5 each also earn 1 point.

A single bet of €20 earns 2 points.

Conversion table:

5 points → Risk-free bet up to €10.

10 points → Risk-free bet up to €15.

15 points → Risk-free bet up to €20.

25 points → Risk-free bet up to €25.

50 points → Risk-free bet up to €50.

4.2.2. Multiple bets:

A participant must place two separate multiple bets of at least €5 and at least 3 events per bet to earn 1 point, or

One multiple bet of at least €10 earns 1 point.

The three events in a multiple bet must be from the same sport (e.g., 3 football matches or 3 tennis matches).

Multiple bets with events from different sports will not be calculated.

Conversion table:

5 points → Risk-free bet up to €10.

10 points → Risk-free bet up to €15.

15 points → Risk-free bet up to €20.

25 points → Risk-free bet up to €25.

50 points → Risk-free bet up to €50.

4.3.1. During the Promotion, the leaderboard updates every 10 minutes for each participant, depending on their fulfillment of the conditions outlined in these Rules.

4.3.2. The Promotion Participant has the right to accept the awarded prizes in their personal account in the "Bonus" section within 5 calendar days from the moment of their awardment. If the participant did not accept the awarded bonus within the specified period, they lose the right to receive that bonus.

4.3.3. If, at the time of the announcement of the winner based on the Promotion results, the Participant has set a personal limit for gaming activity by enabling the "SELF-EXCLUSION" function on the Organizer's website, such Participant loses the right to receive prizes in the Promotion.

5. Rights and responsibilities of participants and the Administration

5.1. Promotion participant has the right to:

participate in the Promotion in accordance with these Rules;

receive information about the terms and conditions of the Promotion;

receive a prize in the event that the participant is announced a winner (provided that the participant has met the conditions specified in these Rules);

decide not to participate in the Promotion.

5.2. Participant is obliged to:

comply with all conditions of these Rules.

5.3. Administration has the right to:

require participants to comply with these Rules;

deny any person participation in the Promotion in case of violation of the Rules;

deny the prize to the winner in case of non-compliance with the Rules;

expand or change the list of prizes.

5.4. Administration is not responsible for:

postponement of deadlines and errors during the Promotion;

non-fulfillment (untimely fulfillment) of participants obligations provided for in these Rules;

operational errors and other technical problems of communication operators (telephone and internet), which directly serve participants and the Administration;

receiving incomplete and/or incorrect contact and/or other information from participants required for the Promotion;

failure to receive letters, calls or electronic messages from participants due to technical problems and/or fraud on the Internet and/or communication channels used during the Promotion;

non-fulfilment or improper fulfillment of one's obligations towards the participants of the Promotion as a result of malfunctions in telecommunications and energy networks, the operation of malicious programs, as well as dishonest actions of third parties.

6. Special conditions

6.1. Participation in the Promotion implies participant’s full compliance with these Rules.

6.2. For all questions related to the Promotion, participants can contact us using the information provided in the "Contacts" section on the website www.favbet.hr.

6.3. The Promotion is not available to Favbet employees and/or companies or individuals who are otherwise connected with the organization, preparation and implementation of the Promotion, as well as to their family members.

6.4. In case it is determined that the participant of the Promotion has violated these Rules, they will be excluded from participation in the Promotion.

6.5. Should a Participant, at the time of the announcement of winners based on the results of the Promotion, have activated a personal gaming restriction by enabling the 'SELF-EXCLUSION' feature on the Organizer’s website, such Participant shall forfeit the right to receive any rewards under the Promotion. This provision shall likewise apply to users employing harmful or abusive gaming strategies.

6.6. In disputed situations, the decision of the Administration is final.
