1. The "Welcome Bonuses" promotion starts from 08.10.2025. to 31.12.2026.

2. The organization and implementation of the promotion are regulated by the terms of participation in the promotion (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules"), the official text of which is published on the website www.favbet.hr

3. The purpose of the promotion – popularization of the trademark of the organizer of games of chance.

4. A participant in the promotion can be a natural person who is newly registered and verified on the website www.favbet.hr, has reached the age of 18 at the time of participation in the Promotion, and does not have any legally established restrictions regarding participation in a game of chance.

5. By accepting these rules, the participant confirms that he is familiar with the rules of the organizer, and that he understands that he must adhere to the principles of responsible gaming published on the website of the organizer of games of chance www.favbet.hr.

6. The mechanism of participation in the "Welcome Bonuses" promotion is determined exclusively by the date of registration of the participant on the organizer's platform, which is recorded in the system. The date of registration is decisive for access to the relevant bonus offer, regardless of the moment of activation of the first payment.

7. Participants who registered on the Organizer's platform during the specified period are entitled to use the bonus offer "Risk-Free Bet up to €30 + Prewager Bonus up to €300 (PWB)" which includes:

Bonus offer "Bonus up to €300" which includes 2 bonuses of up to €150 that are activated depending on the amount of the first deposit and the completion of the first bonus.

Bonus offer "Risk-Free Bet up to €30" which includes two risk-free bets worth up to €15. The first €15 Risk-free bet bonus is awarded after the first deposit and the second €15 Risk-free bet bonus is awarded the day after the first deposit.

The participant selects the bonus program independently and only once during registration, and further participation in the Promotion and receiving bonuses is carried out exclusively in accordance with the terms of the selected program.

8. To activate the promotion "Welcome Bonuses" within the framework of participation in the promotion, the participant must select a bonus and make a minimum first deposit of €10 (ten).

9. Replenishment of the account in the amount of at least €10 (ten) activates the first bonus level for sports betting. Upon completion of each level, the activation of the next one is automatically enabled.

10. Each level must be started with a certain minimum deposit specified in the bonus terms within the user profile by selecting the specified bonus.

13. The participant can track the progress of bonus wagering within their profile, the progress bar is updated every 10 minutes at the latest. If you continue to play with your virtual wallet or real wallet after the bonus ends, the same bets and winnings from those bets will not be added to your real or bonus wallet.

14. If the first deposit to the user account from the moment of registration was less than the above-mentioned amounts, the participant can activate the first bonus by making any other deposit of at least €10, within 10 (ten) days from the date of registration. When making a deposit, the participant has the opportunity to choose the first of 2 bonuses (stages) offered by the organizer.

15. If the bet amount is bigger than €15 (before handling costs), the bet is not subject to the terms of the "Risk-Free Bet up to €15" bonus.

16. Bets marked "Return" do not qualify for the "Risk-Free Bet up to €15" bonus offer.

17. If the "Risk-free bet" option is not used when creating a bet, it is not possible to subsequently request the inclusion of the same option.

18. A player can only use this promotion once, regardless of bet.

19. After the participant selects and activates the Bonus available to him, the corresponding Bonus, in the form of a percentage of the deposit or the Risk-Free Bet specified in the table in points 11–12, will be credited to the participant's Bonus wallet and available for further play.

20. After funds have been allocated to the player's account in case of a winning or losing risk-free bet, the player, before withdrawing the funds, is obliged to place bets in an amount not less than the value of the risk-free bet played and a minimum odds of 1.5 (if it is a ticket with multiple events or a system ticket, each event must have odds of at least 1.5).

21. Only sports bets (pre-match or live bets) are taken into account, as well as bets from the Cybersport category (E-Football, E-Basketball, E-Tennis, E-Hockey).

22. If a withdrawal is made without fulfilling the conditions, the request is reversed.

23. For further transfer of the Bonus, in the form of electronic cash substitutes for real money, to the "Real Wallet" (real balance), the participant must, within the next 11 (eleven) calendar days from the moment of activation by clicking the "Start" button, complete (wager) the Bonus in accordance with the terms and conditions of the activated Bonus. All details of each individual Bonus will be available to the participant in the user account in the "Bonuses" section.

24. If a participant has not started wagering the Bonus within the period specified in the table in points 11–12, such participant loses the right to receive the corresponding Bonus and its subsequent transfer to the "Real Wallet" (real balance).

25. If the participant, while wagering the current Bonus, selects the next available Bonus, in that case the current Bonus will be cancelled, as well as the bonus funds earned by wagering the Bonus.

26. Bonus funds are deposited (transferred) to the "Real Wallet" (real balance) if the participant meets the established betting conditions and are calculated according to the last bonus bet within one hour.

27. In the event that a participant, while wagering the bonus, submits a withdrawal request from the "Real Wallet" (real balance), the current bonus will be cancelled and the funds credited to the Bonus balance (from bonus wagering) will be voided.

28. If the "Bonus wallet" reaches the amount of the minimum bet amount, the bonus becomes automatically inactive and no further play or payment is possible.

29. It is not possible to participate in active tournaments or promotions on the Favbet website and mobile application using the bonus wallet.

30. In the event of technical difficulties and/or other unforeseen circumstances that prevent the promotion from taking place, the organizer reserves the right to suspend such promotion and/or cancel it, without paying any additional compensation to participants.

31. The organizer has the right, at its sole discretion, to deny the bonus to any participant or group of participants if the use of harmful betting strategies is detected.

32. By participating in the promotion, the participant expresses their agreement with these rules, thereby committing to comply with them and be guided by them in relations with the promotion organizer and other participants. A promotion participant who does not comply with the promotion rules may lose the status of participant and is not entitled to any compensation from the organizer.

33. If the Participant, at the time of the promotion, has set a personal betting limit by enabling the "SELF-EXCLUDE" function on the organizer's website, such participant loses the right to receive the prize/bonus in the promotion.

34. A player cannot have more than one online user account registered with the organizer.

35. Any player who uses multiple accounts during the promotion period is in breach of the promotion rules and the promotion organiser may decide to temporarily or permanently remove or close the user account(s).

36. The organizer (Favorit sportska kladionica d.o.o.) has the right to check and monitor all transactions at all times and for its own reasons in order to ensure compliance with the rules of the promotion. If the organizer discovers that a player does not comply with the rules, uses multiple betting accounts or uses harmful betting strategies, his bonus may be forfeited as well as any winnings.

37. Players who use multiple user accounts or who violate these rules will be excluded from this promotion.
