1. General Provisions

1.1. The promotion "The Game of Gods” (hereinafter: Promotion) is conducted as part of a marketing activity aimed at attracting attention, generating, and maintaining interest in the Favbet brand (hereinafter: Brand).

1.2. The Promotion is held for the company's clients who have registered and placed promotional bets within the specified period.

1.3. The organization and implementation of the Promotion are governed by these rules and terms of participation (hereinafter: Rules), the official version of which is published on the website www.favbet.hr.

1.4. The outcome of the Promotion is the awarding of prizes to the participants.

1.5. The results of the Promotion will be published on www.favbet.hr.

2. Promotion Place and Dates

2.1. The Promotion is conducted online at www.favbet.hr, on its mobile version, and via the Brand’s mobile applications.

2.2. The promotional period runs from June 12 to July 13, until 23:59:59 (UTC +2).

2.3. Registration for the Promotion takes place from June 12 at 10:00:00 to July 13 at 23:59:59 (UTC +2) by clicking the “Participate” button and placing a promotional bet after registering.

2.4. A participant can join the Promotion no later than July 13 at 23:59:59 (UTC +2).

2.5. Winners of promotional prizes will be announced by July 15, 2025.

2.6. Prize winners will be determined based on the number of points collected during the Promotion. Prizes will be awarded to the top 30 participants each week, shown in the "Results" table.

Participants must collect a minimum of 20 points per week to be among the top 30 users.

2.7. The terms of the Promotion may be modified by the Company’s Management through changes to these Rules. Participants cannot claim compensation in case of changes.

3. Promotion Participation Requirements

3.1. Any legally competent natural person of legal age (18+) with a registered gaming account on www.favbet.hr who confirmed their participation by clicking the “Participate” button can join the Promotion.

3.2. The rules for opening and using a gaming account are defined by the game participation terms published at https://www.favbet.hr/hr/pravila/.

3.3. By participating, the participant agrees to these Rules and commits to adhering to them in all interactions with the Company and other participants.

3.4. To participate in the Promotion, the participant must join the Promotion and collect at least 1 (one) point. 1 (one) point is equal to the minimum bet amount to which the terms of the Promotion apply (clause 3.5.).

For example, if the participant places a bet in the amount of €5, to which the terms of the Promotion apply, the participant wins 1 (one) point. Each of your bets, which meet the terms of the Promotion, are divided by €5, if the amount of the bet, of course, exceeds the stated €5. For example, a bet in the amount of €30 earns 6 points

3.5. Conditions for qualifying bets:

Only bets in the Sports and LIVE sections are accepted.

Applies only to FIFA Club World Cup matches.

Minimum bet: €5.

Only settled bets are counted.

Bet types: Singles, Multiples.

Minimum odds for singles: 1.70.

Minimum total odds for multiples: 3.50 (min. 3 events).

“No Risk,” “Refund,” and “Cashout” bets are excluded.

Applies on desktop, mobile site, and app.

Bets are considered promotional if the client has clicked the "Join" button on the Promotions page, thereby registering their participation in the Promotion (you only need to join once). Bets from users who have not clicked the "Join" button on the Promotions page are not considered promotional and will not count towards the Promotion.

3.6. Points earned will appear in the “Results” table on the Promo page, updated every 10 minutes.

3.7. The table in the "Results" section is a table with data on the activities of participants in the Promotion. The table is located on the Promotion page in the "Results" section. The table shows the number of points earned by each participant registered in the Promotion (for more details on the calculation of points, see Articles 3.5-3.6). The table shows the total data during the Promotion period. After the Promotion ends, the data in the table stops being updated, which automatically determines the total number of points earned by each participant who joined and participated in the Promotion.

3.8. The Company Administration has the right to check the registration data and transactions of the participants who have acquired the right to participate in the Promotion before the start of the Promotion and before the announcement of its results. If during the check it is determined that the participant/participants are using prohibited strategies or fraud, including multiple accounts, the Company Administration has the right to deny such participant or group of participants participation in the Promotion, as well as receiving the prize.

4. Promotion Prizes

4.1. Prizes will be credited within two working days after the Promotion ends and by 23:59:59 (UTC +2) on July 15.

4.2. Prizes are non-cash and intended solely for gameplay.

4.2.1. The bonus is awarded as 100% after wagering the potential bonus amount x1.The money is immediately visible in your bonus wallet

4.2.2. Wagering conditions: Minimum deposit €10, maximum €350, minimum odds 1.5, and a 5-day wagering window.

4.3. Prize distribution:

1st = €350

2nd = €300

3rd = €250

4th = €200

5th = €150

6th–10th = €100

11th–20th = €50

21st–30th = €25

4.3.1. Ranking is updated every 10 minutes based on qualifying activity.

4.3.2. Prizes must be claimed in the “Bonuses” section within 5 calendar days, or they will be forfeited.

4.3.3. If a participant has activated “SELF-EXCLUSION” on the site at the time of results, they forfeit their right to receive a prize.

5. Rights and Responsibilities of Participants and the Company

5.1. Participants have the right to:

Participate in accordance with these Rules;

Receive information about the Promotion;

Receive a prize if declared a winner (subject to meeting conditions);

Withdraw from the Promotion.

5.2. Participants must comply with these Rules.

5.3. The Company reserves the right to:

Require compliance with these Rules;

Disqualify any person violating the Rules;

Deny a prize in case of non-compliance;

Expand or modify the prize list.

5.4. The Company is not liable for:

Delays or errors during the Promotion;

Participant’s failure to meet their obligations;

Communication/network errors;

Incomplete/inaccurate participant data;

Lost or undelivered messages due to technical issues or fraud;

Non-performance due to power/network failures, malware, or third-party fraud.

6. Special Conditions

6.1. Participation implies full acceptance of these Rules.

6.3. Employees of Favbet and those involved in organizing the Promotion, as well as their family members, are not eligible.

6.4. Participants found to have violated the Rules will be excluded.

6.5. In case of disputes, the Company’s decision is final.
