1. General terms

1.1. The Promo code ‘CROFAN126’ (hereinafter: Promo code) is carried out as part of marketing activities with the aim of attracting attention, forming and maintaining interest in the Favbet brand (hereinafter: Brand)

1.2. The Promo code can be used by the company's clients who are registered.

1.3. The organization and implementation of the Promo code are regulated by these rules and conditions for using the Promo code (hereinafter: the Rules), the official text of which is published on the website www.favbet.hr.

1.4. The result of the completion of the Promo code is the awarding of bonus to the users of the Promo code.

2. Place and dates of the Promo Code

2.1. The Promo code is held online on the website www.favbet.hr, in the mobile version of the site and in Brand’s mobile applications.

2.2. The Promo code is valid from October 7th at 10:00:00 to October 12th, 2025 23:59:59 (Croatian time).

2.3. The Promo code can be used from October 7th at 10:00:00 to October 12th, 2025 at 23:59:59 (Croatian time), provided that it is activated during the Promo code's duration period.

2.4. The participant can use the Promo code no later than October 12, 2025 at 23:59:59 (Croatian time).

2.5. The terms of the Promo code can be changed by the Administration by amending these Rules. Participants cannot claim any compensation in the event of a change in the terms of the Promo code.

3. Requirements for activation of the Promo code

3.1. The user of the Promo code can be an adult natural person with legal capacity (18 years old), who has a registered user account on the website www.favbet.hr

3.2. The conditions for opening and using a user account are regulated by the rules of participation in the game published on the website https://www.favbet.hr/hr/pravila/.

3.3. By using this Promo code, the participant expresses their agreement with these Rules and undertakes to comply with them and be guided by them in their relations with the Company's Administration and other participants.

3.4. To use a Promo code, the participant must activate the Promo code.

3.5. Terms for using Promo code:

• - Bonus validity: 3 days from activation of Promo code
• - To receive a bonus of up to € 126 , you need to select "Bet" and bet on sports - a total of x10 on the deposit amount.
• - Minimum bet for sports betting: € 5.
• - Maximum bet for sports betting: € 126.
• - Minimum odds per single event: 1.50.
• - The bets must be settled (completed) in order to be counted in wagering.
• - Types of bets participating in the promotion:
• - Single bets.
• - Bets marked "Risk-free", "Return" or “Cashout”, and bets played with bonus wallet are not included in the Promo code.
• - The bonus is valid for sports betting only.

3.6. The Administration has the right to check the registration data and transactions of game participants who have acquired the right to use the Promo code before the start of the Promo code period. If during the verification it is determined that the participant/participants are using prohibited strategies or fraud, including multiple accounts, the Administration has the right to deny such participant or group of participants to use the Promo code, as well as receiving the prize.

4. Bonus Promo koda

4.1. The promo code is automatically credited from the moment of activation and use until it expires on October 12, 2025 at 23:59:59 (Croatian time).

4.2. Bonus cannot be exchanged for real money, but is for playing purposes only.

4.3. The user of the Promo code has the right to accept the collected rewards in their personal account in the "Bonuses" section within 3 calendar days from the moment of their collection. If the participant has not accepted the collected bonus within the specified period, they lose the right to receive this bonus.

5. Rights and responsibilities of participants and the Administration

5.1. The Promo code user has the right to:

• - use the Promo code in accordance with these Rules;
• - receive information about the terms and conditions of the Promo code;
• - if at the time of activation of the Promo code, the Participant has set a personal limit on gaming activity by enabling the "SELF-EXCLUSION" function on the Organizer's website, such Participant loses the right to receive the Promo code bonus;
• - decide not to use the Promo code.

5.2. Participant is obliged to:

• - comply with all conditions of these Rules

5.3. Administration has the right to:

• - require participants to comply with these Rules;
• - deny any person to use the Promo code in case of violation of the Rules;
• - deny the bonus to the winner in case of non-compliance with the Rules;
• - expand or change the list of prizes.

5.4. Administration is not responsible for:

• - postponement of deadlines and errors during the Promo code period;
• - non-fulfillment (untimely fulfillment) of participants obligations provided for in these Rules;
• - operational errors and other technical problems of communication operators (telephone and internet), which directly serve participants and the Administration;
• - receiving incomplete and/or incorrect contact and/or other information from participants required for the Promo code;
• - failure to receive letters, calls or electronic messages from participants due to technical problems and/or fraud on the Internet and/or communication channels used during the Promo code period;
• - non-fulfilment or improper fulfillment of one's obligations towards the Promo code users as a result of malfunctions in telecommunications and energy networks, the operation of malicious programs, as well as dishonest actions of third parties.

6. Special conditions

6.1. Using the Promo code implies participant’s full compliance with these Rules.

6.2. For all questions related to the Promo code, participants can contact us using the information provided in the "Contacts" section on the website www.favbet.hr.

6.3. The Promo code cannot be used by Favbet employees and/or companies or individuals otherwise connected with the organization, preparation and implementation of the Promo code, as well as members of their families.

6.4. In case it is determined that the user of the Promo code has violated these Rules, they will be excluded from participation in the Promotion.

6.5. In disputed situations, the decision of the Administration is final.
