1.1. The organization and implementation of the Promotion are governed by these rules (hereinafter: Rules), which are officially published on the website www.favbet.hr.

2.1. The purpose of the Promotion is to popularize the brand of the Game Organizer.

2.2. The outcome of the Promotion is the awarding of prizes to the participants.

2.3. The Promotion takes place on the website www.favbet.hr and the Favbet mobile application.

2.4. The Promotion starts on November 24, 2025, at 00:00:01 and ends on November 28, 2025, at 23:59:59.

3.1. To participate in the promotion, the player must make at least one deposit between November 23 and November 28.

Each day counts separately — for example, a deposit made on November 23 will grant a 20% bonus on November 24, a deposit made on November 24 will grant a 20% bonus on November 25, and so on.

3.2. Participation is considered valid if the player completes the daily deposit activity and meets the wagering requirement equal to the amount of their deposit.

Once the bonus is credited, it must be used within 24 hours from the time of activation.

5.1. Participants in the Promotion have the right to:

Participate in the Promotion in accordance with these Rules;

Receive information about the terms and conditions of the Promotion;

Decide not to participate in the Promotion.

5.2. Participants are obliged to:

Adhere to all conditions of these Rules.

5.3. Company management has the right to:

Require participants to comply with these Rules;

Deny any individual participation in the Promotion in case of a breach of the Rules;

Withhold the prize from the winner in case of non-compliance with the Rules;

Expand or change the list of prizes.

5.4. Company management is not responsible for:

Delays and errors during the Promotion;

Non-fulfillment (untimely fulfillment) of obligations by participants as stipulated in these Rules;

Errors in operation and other technical issues of communication operators (telephone and internet) that directly serve the participants and the Company management;

Receiving incomplete and/or inaccurate contact and/or other information from participants necessary for the Promotion;

Non-receipt of letters, calls, or electronic messages from participants due to technical problems and/or fraud on the internet and/or communication channels used during the Promotion;

Non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of their obligations to Promotion participants due to failures in telecommunication and energy networks, malicious software actions, and dishonest actions of third parties.

6.1. Participation in the Promotion implies complete agreement of the participant with these Rules.

6.2. For any questions regarding the Promotion, participants can contact the information provided in the "Contacts" section on the website www.favbet.hr.

6.3. The Promotion is not open to employees of Favbet and/or companies or individuals otherwise associated with the organization, preparation, and implementation of the Promotion, nor to their family members.

6.4. The organizer has the right to terminate the promotion in case of force majeure, technical difficulties or other unforeseen cases that were not known to him at the time when the promotional campaign was launched and which affect the implementation of the campaign.

6.5. If, at the moment of the announcement of the winner based on the Promotion results, the Participant has set a personal limit for gaming activity by enabling the "SELF-EXCLUDE" function on the Organizer's website, such Participant loses the right to receive prizes in the Promotion, as well as in the case of using harmful playing strategies.

6.6. If it is determined that a participant has violated these Rules, they will be excluded from participation in the Promotion.

6.7. In disputed situations, the decision of the Company management is final.
