NOTICE ON THE METHOD OF SUBMITTING A WRITTEN CONSUMER COMPLAINT

In accordance with Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act ("Official Gazette" No. 19/22, 59/23), consumers may submit a written complaint about the work or service provided by the company Favorit sportska kladionica d.o.o., OIB: 78977247105.

Complaint can be submitted:

  • In person at any business premises of Favorit sportska kladionica d.o.o.
  • By mail, to the address:

    with the indication "Consumer complaint"
  • by e-mail, to the address:

Favorit sportska kladionica d.o.o. undertakes to confirm receipt of consumer complaints in writing without delay..

Favorit sportska kladionica d.o.o. undertakes to provide a written response to the complaint no later than 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint in accordance with this Notice, clearly stating whether it accepts or does not accept the merits of the consumer's complaint. For this purpose, please indicate your name, surname and address if you submit the complaint by mail or in person at company's business premises (betting shop, casino or headquarters of the company Favorit sportska kladionica d.o.o.).

NOTE: The complaint must include an exact description of the event in relation to which the complaint is being submitted, or the exact reason for dissatisfaction that led to the decision to submit the complaint.
