• If one or more participants in the match are incorrectly named in the betting markets (except for a translation error, e.g. if another team/player of the registered tournament is listed, instead of the requested one), all bets on that event are invalid and canceled (payout with odd <1>).
• Favbet reserves the right to determine which events fall into this category. If the result of the completed event is canceled or changed by the official organizers of the competition, regardless of the reasons stated in the Favet Rules, the same actions are not taken into account and have no influence on the settlement of stakes.
• If there are disagreements in the protocols of official websites, resulting in controversial issues, the video archive has priority in such cases. If the event is interrupted and not completed 25 hours after it started, bets on the same are canceled from the combiner and the system. Bets on an outcome that is uniquely defined by the time of cancellation (outcome of the first half, first goal, etc.) are still valid.
• There are betting exceptions for certain sports competitions. See Rules for details. Any bet (including live betting) placed on an event the outcome of which is already known at the time the bet is placed is considered not valid and will be reversed.
• If Favbet determines that the user has knowingly placed a bet after the start of the event, the bookmaker reserves the right to cancel the bet within 3 days after the start of the sporting event.
• If the bet is declared invalid, it is considered canceled and calculated with the odds <1>. In the case of a single bet, the bet amount will be returned to the user.
• In the case of combined tickets and systems, the total odds will be changed accordingly (in case the bet is invalid, the odds will be equal to 1, and the odds for other events remain unchanged).
• Odds on which a bet is invalid will take the value <1> in all combined tickets and systems.

After the following time intervals have expired:

• For bets from the "Sport" offer, as soon as information is collected from official sources (up to 3 days from the moment the event ends).
• For bets from the "Live" offer it takes up to 20 minutes from the end of the event (in unexpected circumstances, up to 3 hours from the end of the event).
• The winning amount is credited to the user's account within 10 minutes from the moment the bet is confirmed.

Each player has a "Personal Account" where all information about the activities of the last 90 days, including unfinished bets, is stored.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel bets.
